Site Visitors
You can instantly view and track users visiting your website from the site visitors section in your chat menu. You can see a lot of information such as the URL they came from, when they arrived, and their operating system.
- To monitor site visitors and communicate with them, follow the steps below.
1-) You can see which page the visitor is browsing in this section.
2-) You can start a conversation with the visitor using the highlighted button.
Additionally, next to the chat initiation icon, if a representative is already talking to that user, you can watch their conversation without joining by clicking on the eye icon.
