How to Activate Copilot? To use the chat AI copilot, you first need an "OpenAi Key." Follow the steps below after obtaining the Key:

First, log in to your Supsis panel and go to the integrations menu.

Then enter the OpenAi channel from here.

Let's create a new channel from here. Create the channel by adding the channel name and your Openai Key.

After creating the channel, let's go to the settings menu.

In the settings menu, enter the "Features" section. Activate the "Chat AI Copilot" setting here.

That's all the process. Now let's see how it is used in chat.

To test it, go to the Chat menu and then go to the test page from here.

You can consider this as the customer page. Let's type as if we were a customer here.

Then let's join the conversation by entering our panel.

When we open the chat, the copilot automatically generates responses based on what the user last wrote. You can easily forward this to the other party with a single click.
