Banned Words

Banned words are the words that visitors are restricted from using when they chat with you.

You can add banned words from the designated section.

After clicking the "New Banned Word" button, enter your banned word in the provided field and click the save button.

Your banned word is now saved. If someone uses this word during a chat, their account will be blocked, and they will be listed in the banned visitors page. From this menu, you can add new banned words, edit existing ones by clicking the edit button, or delete banned words by clicking the trash can icon.
